You're the host

• Text everyone at once. "tell everyone to bring a snack" goes to every guest.
• Change the time or place. Guests who can see it are told right away.
• Share the address later. Keep the time or place hidden, then reveal it when you're ready.
• Rides. Turn them on and Reason matches guests who are driving with guests who need a seat.
• Your guest list, your rules. See who's coming, cap the size, change the password, remove someone, or cancel.

One private album per event. Guests send Reason their photos from the night, the host releases the album when it's over, and everyone who was there gets the photos in one place.

How it works

• Send photos, name the event. Reason only collects photos you say are for an event. The first time, it tells you how they'll be shared and for how long, and waits for your yes.
• Shared by you. Every photo shows the name on the guest list, never a phone number. Take your own photos out any time.
• The host releases it. Only when the host ends the event. Everyone the host checked in gets one text with the link. Nothing else buzzes.
• Highlights on top. The host can pin a few photos above the rest. Optional.
• Save one, or the lot. Save any photo, or download the whole album.
• Three days, then gone. The album shows its exact expiry. After it, the photos are deleted from Reason. What you saved stays on your phone.

Privacy, in plain words

• Guests only see what you share. Anything you keep hidden stays hidden until you say so.
• No phone numbers, ever. Not to guests, not to the host. The guest list is names only.
• Carpools show first names. A ride match shares a first name and a general area, nothing more.
• Joining just gives your friends access to Reason. They can mute or leave the event any time.
• Albums: only people who were there. The host's check-in list is the only way in. Joining the event isn't the same as being there.
• A link alone opens nothing. Reason checks who you are on every open; a forwarded album link shows the other person only what they're allowed, or nothing.
• Anyone can save a copy. Private access can't stop a saved photo being shared on, so Reason says so before you add anything.
