- Menus and hold. It presses the right keys and waits quietly through hold music, up to 5 minutes.
- Voicemail. If nobody picks up, it can leave your message.
- Switch to Spanish. If the other person speaks Spanish, Reason switches mid-call.
- Several places at once. It asks each the same questions and gives you one answer to compare.
- Tells you what happened. A short text with how it went, plus the recording.
- Knows who's calling back. If a place it called rings back within a day, Reason knows what it's about.
Privacy and safety, in plain words
- Nothing happens without your yes. Before it calls anyone, Reason shows you the number and what it will ask, and waits for you.
- It's upfront. Every time it calls someone else, it says it's an AI calling for you and that the call is recorded.
- It never pays by phone. It won't read out a card number or payment details on a call.
- It won't agree to anything you didn't. If they offer a different price or terms, it checks with you first. No answer, no deal.
- It sticks to what you told it. It doesn't guess or make things up on your behalf.
- No late calls. It won't call other people between 9pm and 8am.
